Our Story

At Mingle Group, we believe the best flavors are grown, not manufactured. Our in-house Roastery is the heart of our coffee program, where we small-batch roast premium beans to unlock their unique seasonal profiles.

 

 Parallel to our beans, our Fermentation Lab explores the living art of Kombucha—brewing probiotic-rich, sparkling teas that are as good for the gut as they are for the palate. We embrace the ‘slow’ in food and drink, giving every bean and bottle the time it needs to reach perfection.
